Training
The club provide a timetable of swimming training throughout the week.
Sessions are timetabled at:
- Carnegie Swimming Pool, Dunfermline
- HMS Caledonia Swimming Pool, Rosyth
- Cowdenbeath Swimming Pool
- Inverkeithing High School Swimming Pool
- Royal Commonwealth Pool, Edinburgh
- National Swimming Academy Swimming Pool, Stirling University
Normal Training Timetable
The latest swimming timetable is:
Training Schedule 
Note Stirling training on Sunday 20th April for all Top Squads is cancelled due to a stroke camp.
Easter Training Timetable
- Training at Calley Friday 21-Mar switched from normal time 5-7:30PM to 9-11AM. Easter Monday 24-Mar Calley pool shut, no training.
- Squads B and C - Carnegie (Sat 29th March):
Training changed from 6-7pm to 6.30-7.30pm due to Warrender Gala. This will be the final session for Easter until Wednesday 16th April.
- Squads D - Inverkeithing High School( Sat 5th & 12th April)
Saturday training at Inverkeithing cancelled during school holidays.
- Beginners - Carnegie:
Last session tomorrow (22nd March). Resumes Saturday 19th April
- Beginners - Cowdenbeath:
Last session (26th March). Resumes Wednesday 16th April
Summer Training Timetable
- Squads Top & Top1:
Last session 28th July 2008, return 18th August 2008
- Squads Top2 & Top3:
Last session 18th July 2008, return 4th August 2008
- Squad E:
Last session 5th July 2008, return 5th August 2008
- Squads D, D, B & A:
Last session 5th July 2008, return 16th August 2008
Due to some competitions, it may be necessary for a few performance swimmers to continue training
on return from The Nationals, so they will fit in with Dougie's sessions until Gilbert's squads
return on 18th August and will hopefully take their time off later.
October Training Camp Timetable
A provisional training camp week has been set for 18-25 October 2008, Harrogate, Yorks. This will be confirmed in due course.
