This section contains all the administration related information required to keep Carnegie Swimming Club running smoothly.

Fees

The member fees for 2009 are listed below. Additional coaching fees are due monthly for each squad.

Please make all cheques payable to Carnegie Swimming Club and hand them to your Squad Rep, or to another member of the Club Committee.

Club Member Fees

Club membership for Season 2009 begins 1st March 2009. The annual fee for 2009 applies to all swimmers. Due by 28-March-2009.
  • £55  for the first member of same family  
  • £50  for the second member of same family  
  • £45  for the third member of the same family  

SASA Member Fees

The SASA class and fees for administration year commencing 1st March 2009, applies to all swimmers. Due by 28-March-2009.
  • £ 7.20  Aquatic 1 (Under 8 years before 1st March)  
  • £16.00  Aquatic 2 (8-11 years before 1st March)  
  • £29.60  Aquatic 3 (11 years or over from 1st March)  

New Member Joining Procedure

All swimmers wishing to join the club must first arrange for a trial via the Club Trials Secretary.

If the trial is successful and you wish to proceed to become a member of the club you must comply with the CSC Member Code of Conduct, complete the following forms and return them to the Club Membership Secretary.

SASA Medical Declaration

All SASA Category 3 swimmers who are representing Great Britain, or their Home Country internationally, or competing in a British Swimming, SASA, ASA or WASA National event (all disciplines excluding masters) must complete the SASA Medical Declaration Form and return it to SASA using the address supplied at the bottom of the form.

Member Resignation Procedure

All members who wish to leave the club must give one month notice and complete the CSC Member Resignation Form.

The notice period commences once the form has been completed and returned to the Club Membership Secretary for signing off by the club.

Members wishing to transfer to another club must in addition must complete the following SASA Change of Club Form and return it to the Club Membership Secretary for processing

HMS Caledonia Sports Pass Procedure

All Club members and their families over 18 years of age who wish to enter HMS Caledonia need to obtain a sports pass. Under 18's no longer require a pass but need to be escorted into the base by an adult with a valid pass. A new procedure was introduced in January 2010 for this.

Under 18s
Carnegie members under 18 years of age must be accompanied into the base by an adult with a valid pass.

 

Over 18s
Over 18’s must complete the updated form below and supply the ID information described on form plus £5. A copy of your passport is the best option.
A copy of a Disclosure Certificate is also required (Minimum Basic level and maximum of 2 years old). If you do not have a basic disclosure you can apply for one on line at http://www.disclosurescotland.co.uk/basic.htm at a cost of £20.00.
Completed forms must be returned to Gary Watson, or Liz Burns for sponsorship completion.
